Cultivate Lasting Change
From Root to Bloom
When funding is uncertain and support feels scarce, you need a strategy that will weather the storm.
Shifting Ground, Steady Roots
The ground we work on isn't stable. Funding shifts, politics turn, crises hit, and the systems we're trying to change are fundamentally designed to be unchanging. Justice-driven work needs strategy that navigates uncertainty, and connections that keep people going when the going gets hard. And let’s be real — these days, it’s always hard.
Kat Davis founded Resilient Bloom Strategies to partner with nonprofits, public sector teams, and mission-driven organizations to build sustainable, integrated strategies for systems change. While climate justice is my specialty, coalition and capacity building are my passion. I believe that building a future worth fighting for should be joyful work, and I’m here to help turn that vision into reality.
Let’s Grow
A Future worth
Fighting For
-
Whether you're starting a strategic plan or already have one, the real work begins after the document is done. Too often organizations invest months and countless resources in a plan, then lack the support to carry it out across teams in a way that's effective, efficient, and able to outlast changes in leadership and staff.
I help you build a plan that works as a living garden, not a document that sits on a shelf, with clear expectations for who tends what and a rhythm for growth that holds up when people and priorities change.

When resources feel scarce, relationships are where abundance lives.
Through facilitated retreats, workshops, and working sessions, we'll map your ecosystem of support, strengthen the people, practices, and infrastructure you need, and create an outreach plan rooted in partnership and reciprocity, so the change you build lasts.
-
Whether you're an office of one, an executive director, or a community organizer, you're pushing on systems that were built not to change. Of course it's exhausting.
You don't have to do it alone. I offer 1:1 coaching and mentorship to help you build the clarity, capacity, and resilience to keep going, and hands-on program management support when your team needs more hands.
Why I’m here
With over a decade of experience in public service, I've worked in K-12 public education, higher education, non-profits and local government. I've spent my career helping organizations push for change through a lens of sustainability and climate justice.
So, I know the headache, the heartache, and the frustration of trying to move positive, necessary change in your community. Whether you're working inside a public agency or organizing from the outside, I know what it's like to run on the last of your passion fumes.
I've also been on the receiving end of advocacy as a public sector staff person, and I've helped build the coalitions that keep the work going. I know what makes someone lean in, and what makes them shut down.
I believe in building a future worth fighting for. I'm here to help.
